My client in the chemical manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Administrator to oversee the processing of sales orders and facilitate effective communication between customers, the sales team, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices
-
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and sales teams
-
Handle queries & provide regular order updates
-
Manage back orders, stock, and delivery notes
-
Assist with admin & stocktaking
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales administration or support role (chemical industry experience is advantageous).
-
Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse-related experience.
-
Grade 12 (Mathematics advantageous).
-
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams) and Syspro.
