A Councillor of the African National Congress( ANC) which is the ruling party in South Africa was found in hot water in Limpopo outside Giyani for allegedly selling municipality jobs to young people and committing nepotism.
The ANC has been allover the news recently for bad news and bad governance as everyone whose living in South Africa can tell that they’re doing bad in governing this country
They are now using their powers over the youth and asking uncalculated favours especially from young women who are in need of employment
