Duration 12 months (Split between theory & practical learning)
At the end of this course,candidates will be skilled and qualified to:
.Operate the brewhouse plant and process.
.Operate the beverage fermentation plant and process.
.Maintain safety,good manufacturing principles and quality assurance practices in the beer manufacturing environment
Minimum Requirements:
.Knowledge,comprehension and Application of language,mathematics,natural Science and technology principles at NQF level 1 and 2 (Grade 10)
.Passion for the Brewing industry will be to your advantage
Who can apply:
.Candidates 18-35 years old
.Candidates not currently employed within the Brewing industry
.Candidates must be SA citizen
.Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
.Only applicants currently residing in Free State & Gauteng province may apply
