We are recruiting for a CONSUMABLES ADMINISTRATOR in BLOEMFONTEIN
This is a Temporary (5 months) Contract
1. Handling customer request and queries
2. Daily orders from customers
3. Checking correct invoicing and stock out for delivery
4. Stock requests from branches
5. Stock control daily (correct paperwork for stock received and dispatched)
6. Stock take monthly
7. Personal assistant duties
8. Reception of branch
9. Switchboard of branch
10. Petty cash management of branch
11. Manage and arrange the courier services
Requirements:
• Matric
• Driver’s license
• Minimum 2 year working with administration
• Fluent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Reliability
• Must live in or around Bloemfontein area
