The Driver\/Porter ensures the safe movement of patients, staff, visitors, and goods while supporting clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver quality healthcare services at Goldfields Healthcare.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"541\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"587\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"669\">The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"1005\">\n<li data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"725\">\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"725\">Minimum Education: Grade 10\/12 (Matric preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"768\">\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"768\"><strong data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"766\">Valid driver\u2019s license (Code 8\/10)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"801\">\n<p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"801\">Public Driver\u2019s Permit (PDP)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"897\">\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"897\">At least <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"895\">1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a healthcare, driving, or porter role (advantageous).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"962\">\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"962\">Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and patient handling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1005\">\n<p data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1005\"><strong data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1003\">First Aid training (advantageous).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1010\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1050\">REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1273\"><strong data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1271\">Ability to operate stretchers, wheelchairs, and lifting equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1324\">\n<p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1324\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1390\">\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1390\"><strong data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1388\">Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1431\">\n<p
