  • Basic Literacy or Grade 10.<\/li>\n
  • Grade 12 will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Driver\u2019s licence will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel) will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to read and write.<\/li>\n
  • Skills & competencies associated with vocation: adaptability, communication, conflict & stress management, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, office\/diary management skills, strong administrative skills, writing & typing skills.<\/li>\n
  • 1 year relevant experience as a Petrol attendant and stores within Local Government or similar pressurised environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DUTIES<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Issue petrol & diesel for council vehicle by:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Filling tanks of vehicles<\/li>\n
      • Keeping record of petrol and diesel usage for stock control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Balance petrol and diesel requisitions with log sheet by:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Comparing information of the pump readings with information from the log sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • Stocktaking of petrol and diesel by:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Reporting to supervisor when stock is almost finished to order new stock.<\/li>\n
              • Dip a dipstick in each tank to check the load of stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • Perform any other related Ad Hoc task and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Salary: R142 608.00 p.a. – R156 228.00 p.a. (Level 13 of a Grade 8 local authority)\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

                  Total package inclusive of benefits R265 897.52 <\/b><\/p>\n
