\nREQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate\/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent with appropriate
\nexperience. Valid driver\u2019s license. The following will serve as
\nrecommendations: Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) Act,
\nTechnical skills, ability to maintain integrity of confidential information and
\nprofessionalism, ability to prioritise, basic communication (verbal and written),
\nbasic numeracy, basic computer literacy, interpersonal relations.
\nDUTIES : Perform driver\/operator related services, drive departmental officials, clients
\nand visitors as may be requested, transport mail and documents for
\ndistribution, complete transport schedule regarding trips travelled. Render
\nauxiliary administrative support as required, supports the security profile of the
\noffice, support registry related activities, and support operator related activities.
\nPerform general messenger and delivery service, collect post, parcels and
\ndocumentation and deliver to specified persons\/destinations, ensure proper

\ncontrol over the movement of documents and face value documents, make
\ncopies of documents, fax documents, collect office consumables. Complete
\ntransport schedule regarding trips travelled.
