We are recruiting for a CONSUMABLES ADMINISTRATOR in BLOEMFONTEIN<\/div>\n
This is a Temporary (5 months) Contract<\/div>\n
1. Handling customer request and queries<\/div>\n
2. Daily orders from customers<\/div>\n
3. Checking correct invoicing and stock out for delivery<\/div>\n
4. Stock requests from branches<\/div>\n
5. Stock control daily (correct paperwork for stock received and dispatched)<\/div>\n
6. Stock take monthly<\/div>\n
7. Personal assistant duties<\/div>\n
8. Reception of branch<\/div>\n
9. Switchboard of branch<\/div>\n
10. Petty cash management of branch<\/div>\n
11. Manage and arrange the courier services<\/div>\n
Requirements:<\/div>\n
\u2022 Matric<\/div>\n
\u2022 Driver\u2019s license<\/div>\n
\u2022 Minimum 2 year working with administration<\/div>\n
\u2022 Fluent communication skills in Afrikaans and English<\/div>\n
\u2022 Reliability<\/div>\n
\u2022 Must live in or around Bloemfontein area<\/div>\n
