Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u2022 Grade 10 or Std 8<\/p>\n
\u2022 ABET level 3 will be advantage.<\/p>\n
\u2022 1year relevant cleaning experience.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic computer literacy<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic knowledge of stock tacking<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Primary Duties<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u2022 Visit all ablution and shower room twice daily for cleaning, ensure the provision of sufficient soap, toilet papers, hand rolls, air fresheners and SHE packet.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Report any misconduct or damages to the building or removal of furniture to supervisor.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Sweep paved areas around and outside building room, workshops, plantrooms, generator room and ablutions.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Clean and sweep parking area platforms and entrance to the building.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure daily cleaning of entrances and inside of conference rooms, and service of dustbins.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Picking up papers and dirt on the ground and on garden<\/p>\n
\u2022 Use cleaning chemicals according to specified instruction.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cleaning of handrails and staircase.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cleaning inside windows 3m height, microwaves, and fridges.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Wrapping of walls.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cleaning of door handles apply with brass.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Vacuum of offices and open plan.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with moving of furniture when requested.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Prepare refuse bag to be collected by service provider.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Dusting of desk, cupboard, chairs, furniture both offices and open plan.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cleaning of roof, solar panel, and management parking weekly.<\/p>\n
