Knowledge: Knowledge of facilities policies and<br \/>\nprocedures. Knowledge of relevant legislation, prescripts, policies and<br \/>\nprocedures, Knowledge of hygiene and the storage cleaning material and<br \/>\nequipment, Skills: Reading, Communication (verbal and written), Operating of<br \/>\ngardening and cleaning equipment, People management, Office management<br \/>\nand administration, Analytical, Computer literacy, Problem-solving, Planning<br \/>\nand organizing, Disciplined.<br \/>\nDUTIES : To supervise cleaning services. Oversee cleaning services of offices, corridors,<br \/>\ngeneral kitchens, restrooms, elevators and boardrooms. Manage and ensure<br \/>\nthe maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment. Ensure maintenance<br \/>\nand replacement of cleaning machines and equipment. Make requisition and<br \/>\nissue cleaning materials. Supervise cleaners. Perform administrative and<br \/>\nrelated functions. Provide guidance and advice to cleaners. Develop and<br \/>\nupdate the cleaning roster. Supervise the maintenance of office buildings.<br \/>\nConduct regular building inspections. Supervise the attendance to minor<br \/>\nelectrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. Supervise the maintenance of<br \/>\noffice equipment and furniture, repair of broken furniture and equipment.<br \/>\nReport defects.
