REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. No Experience. Knowledge: Compensation Fund objectives and
\nbusiness functions. Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes.
\nHuman anatomy\/ Biology. Stakeholders and Customers. Customer Service
\n(Batho Pele Principles). Risk Awareness. COIDA. COIDA tariffs. Technical
\nKnowledge. Legislative Requirements: COIDA. Constitution Act. Public service
\nAct. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS). PFMA and National Treasury
\nRegulations. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency. Business Writing Skills.
\nData Capturing. Data and records management. Telephone Skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Process escalated queries received from telephone calls, faxes and e-mails.
\nMake effective use of the integrated information system. Perform continuous
\nprocess improvements.
