National Diploma\/Degree will be an added advantage. A<br \/>\nminimum of one (1) year job related knowledge and experience. Skills and<br \/>\nCompetencies: Ability to work within a team. Attention to detail. Strong<br \/>\nComputer literacy in MS Word and Excel. Ability to work under pressure and<br \/>\nunder stressful conditions. Team Player, working with others independently to<br \/>\nattain both individual and team objectives. Proficient typing and excellent<br \/>\nproofreading skills. Time management skills. Maintain strict confidentiality. Be<br \/>\nflexible and able to meet deadlines.<br \/>\nDUTIES : Capture data from available records into the required formats e.g. databases,<br \/>\ntables, and spreadsheets. Verify\/query missing data and errors observed<br \/>\nduring data entry. Review and validate all data from the records. Submit data<br \/>\nand make regular backups of data. Update registers and statistics. Keep and<br \/>\nmaintain records and files. Ensure records and files are properly sorted and<br \/>\nsecured. Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness. Assist in<br \/>\ndeveloping templates for capturing of information. Responsible for storing and<br \/>\nfiling completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and<br \/>\ncompleted documents. Personal Profile: Proactive individual with good verbal<br \/>\nand written communication skills.
