Receive the emergency<br \/>\nhousing requests from Municipalities and office of the HOD\/MEC. Capture<br \/>\nname, surname, number of beneficiaries, nature of disaster, requests received<br \/>\ndate, responsible person from Local Municipalities, area\/village verification and<br \/>\nmonthly spreadsheet. Capture application onto emergency housing system.<br \/>\nCompile project files. Update spreadsheet. Ensure that applications,<br \/>\nverification reports and commissioning letters are kept on the project file.<br \/>\nEnsure project commissioning. Receive invoices from contractors and facilitate<br \/>\nprocessing of claims and payments. Capture claims onto the spreadsheet.<br \/>\nProcess claims for payments. Load invoices on EHS. Sweeping, scrubbing and waxing of floors. Vacuuming and<br \/>\nshampooing floors. Cleaning walls, windows and doors. Emptying and cleaning<br \/>\nof dirt bins. Collect and removing of waste papers. Freshen the office areas.<br \/>\nClean general kitchens by: Clean of basins. Wash and keep stock of kitchen<br \/>\nutensils. Cleaning the restrooms by: Refilling hand wash liquid soap. Replace<br \/>\ntoilet papers, hand towels and refreshers. Empty and wash waste bins. Keep<br \/>\nand maintain cleaning materials and equipment. Report broken cleaning<br \/>\nmachines and equipment. Cleaning of machines (microwares, vacuum<br \/>\ncleaners etc) and equipment after use. Request cleaning materials.
