\nSALARY : R147 459 per annum (Level 04)

\nREQUIREMENTS : A grade 10 qualification\/ standard 8, A valid driver\u2019s license with PDP. One (1)
\nyear experience as a drive\/messenger. Knowledge of procedures for
\nmaintenance of motor vehicle, Knowledge to compile log books. Excellent
\norganizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal relations and
\ncommunication skills, Good filing and recordkeeping.
\nDUTIES : Collect and deliver documents internal and external, Collect and deliver mail to
\nand from the Post Office, transport employees and students, collect and deliver
\noffice equipment, do routine maintenance on the allocated vehicle and report
\ndefects timely. Perform daily trip and post trip vehicle inspection to ensure that
\nthe vehicle is in the best condition at all times. Complete all the required and
\nprescribed records and logbooks with regard to the vehicle and the goods
\nhandled.
