Good knowledge of the Occupational Health and<br \/>\nSafety Act. Good knowledge of operating lawnmowers. Basic knowledge to<br \/>\nattend to minor lawnmower repairs and welding problems. Communication and<br \/>\nreport writing skills. Good listening skills.<br \/>\nDUTIES : These will include cutting lawns and grass around buildings and surroundings<br \/>\naccording to horticultural standards. Ability to operate all types of lawnmowers,<br \/>\ngarden tools and equipment, for the cutting of all lawns and surrounding areas.<br \/>\nConduct regular building inspections and assist in minor electrical, plumbing<br \/>\nand welding repairs. Pruning of trees. Planting of new flowers and plants.<br \/>\nSafekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies.
