\nREQUIREMENTS : An appropriate national senior certificate\/grade 12 certificate (Vocational)
\n(NCV) Level 4 certificate. A valid driver\u2019s license is essential. A minimum of two
\n(2) years\u2019 experience of actual driving\/messaging. Knowledge of the places in
\nwhich the function will be performed. Knowledge to capture forms on the
\ndatabase. Knowledge to compile Logbooks. Excellent organizational and time
\nmanagement skills. Good interpersonal relations, administration, and
\ncommunication skills. Good computer literacy. Good filing and recordkeeping.
\nDUTIES : collect and deliver, documents from office to office; perform external collection
\nand delivery of documents and related items; Collect and deliver mail to and
\nfrom the Post Office and related items; Transport official documentation to
\nRegional Office and other Colleges or other department locations on daily
\nbasis, while conveying messenger, Allocated fleet cars maintained by vehicle
\ninspection to ensure that cars are roadworthy before taking and drop off, report
\nincident and accidents timeously and vehicle report any defects to the
\nsupervisor. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing trip sheets, compiling
\novertime claims, and ensuring correct odometers are recorded for each vehicle
\nused.
