\nDirectorate:Support Services
\nSALARY : R104 073 – R122 592 per annum, (plus benefits)
\nCENTRE : Tshwane District Health Services: (Maria Rantho Clinic X1 Post, Block TT X1 Post)
\nREQUIREMENTS : Minimum Grade 10 or ABET Level 4 Exposure to queue marshalling in a health
\ncare Environment. First Aid level 1 (Emergency Care level 1) will be an advantage.
\nGood communication skills and personal conduct. The ability to perform effectively
\nWithin a team. Record keeping skills.
\nDUTIES : Control and maintain order in patient waiting areas. Oversee \/ mend helpdesk and
\nhandle relevant queries and complaints. Welcome and sorting of patients in waiting
\nareas. Administrative responsibilities. Performing of any other duties as delegated
\nby supervisor.
